We offer a variety of shipping methods to cater to your needs. The shipping method you choose will determine how quickly your order arrives. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and the time of year.

    • Shipping Cost: Free for orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will apply.
    • Carrier: We use reliable carriers such as USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx, and UPS.
  2. Expedited Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days within the United States.
    • Shipping Cost: Varies based on location and order weight. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.
    • Carrier: FedEx or UPS for expedited shipments.
  3. Next-Day Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: Next business day (orders must be placed before 12 PM EST for same-day processing).
    • Shipping Cost: Varies depending on order size, weight, and delivery address. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.
    • Carrier: FedEx or UPS for next-day deliveries.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the delivery status of your shipment.

Please note that during busy shopping periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday season, there may be slight delays in processing and shipping times. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to place your order early to ensure timely delivery.

Free Shipping Eligibility

To qualify for free shipping on orders over $50, the following conditions apply:

  • Your order total must be over $50 before taxes and after any discounts are applied.
  • Free shipping applies to Standard Shipping only. Expedited and Next-Day shipping options are subject to their respective fees.
  • Free shipping is only available for domestic U.S. orders.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to the United States and its territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. If you wish to ship to an international address, please contact our customer service team at info@gearpariz.net for further assistance.

Note: For orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, additional shipping fees may apply based on the delivery location.

International Shipping

Gear Pariz offers international shipping on selected items to most countries. The international shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country, weight, and size of your order.

Please be aware that for international shipments, customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties and taxes: Any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees will be charged by the destination country upon arrival. These fees are separate from the cost of shipping and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Import restrictions: Certain items may be subject to import restrictions or regulations in your country. Please check with local authorities to ensure the product can be imported into your country before making a purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your package on the respective carrier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Items

At Gear Pariz, we take every precaution to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with your local postal service or carrier for any delivery updates. If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

To ensure your order is shipped to the correct address, please provide accurate and complete shipping details during checkout. Gear Pariz is not responsible for delays or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do offer shipping to P.O. Boxes for Standard Shipping, but please be aware that some expedited shipping methods (such as Next-Day Shipping) may not be available for P.O. Box addresses. If you require expedited shipping and only have a P.O. Box address, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

Shipping FAQs

  • Can I change my shipping address after placing my order? Once an order is processed and shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. However, if your order is still in the processing stage, please contact us as soon as possible to make adjustments.

  • Do you offer gift wrapping? Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time. However, you can add a personal note to your order during checkout, and we’ll include it in the package.

  • Can I ship items to multiple addresses? Currently, we only allow one shipping address per order. If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders.
